Consultant in culture and community development with distinguished service in organizational development, management and administration. In community development he served youth organizations including the Jamaica 4H Clubs and did extensive work for the upliftment of sugar workers on several large sugar estates on the island. As a post-independence pioneer in cultural development he helped to establish and manage the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission, Things Jamaican Limited, historic Devon House (its purchase by government, restoration and adaptive use), and the Jamaica National Heritage Trust among other national cultural institutions.
